The portable KDL31 punch tool is designed to punch holes through 13mm mild steel, aluminium and copper for erecting poles. It is simply    operated by providing to it a rated oil pressure of 70 MPa (700 kgf/cm2) from the external sources (hand hydraulic pump or compressor pump) through a quick coupler.
